Hiv risk of perform anus licking, special case, urgent!

Hello, I performed anus lick to a girl who maybe is HIV+ and she did blowjob to me with condom, but anus licking was no protection, I'm educated of HIV transmission, oral is low risk except there is blood present or ulcer in mouth. My case is I didn't put my toungue too deep into her anal and after I licked her I checked my mouth and tongue, there's no ulcer, but in the second day evening I feel pain on tip of my tongue then I found a very small ulcer on the front part of tongue, I supposed this maybe caused by the anus licking and if there is a little blood presented during the activity, AS HIV EDUCATION AND MY UNDERSTANDING THIS IS HIGH RISK, very worry about it,although the ulcer is really really small, but if contact her blood I mean the blood from the tiny cut of her anus, there's no visible blood, Do I need to get test for this case and let my sex partner know it? need expert evaluation, Thanks!
