I did handjob for a guy and his semen touched my hand which had 2 scratches as shown in photos:

Hand jobs are not a risk for HIV. The only risks are having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV needles to inject drugs. Even with scratches, exposure to air renders HIV inactive. HIV is actually pretty hard to contract and only if you do the three ways listed do people get HIV. There are no proven, documented cases for hand jobs posing a threat for hiv. No reason to test. Or fear HIV from your encounter.
