Worried. Handjob. Hiv. Damages on penis

Last night, I got an handjob frlm a man. During the whole process, he did it to both of us and his precum(maybe some semen) were covered on my penis. Maybe a bit rough. I did felt a little discomfort at that moment but not much. And today, I noticed there is a slight molting of the urethral opening of the glans, with some red skin. Is there any chances I could get hiv from this? Should I take any blocking measures now?

Nope, hand jobs do not transmit HIV (or any std). The only risks for hiv are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV needles to inject drugs. Air inactivates the virus. There is zero risk from your activity.
