HIV risk in anal sex condom broke

Hi all.. I had sex with a lady boy 3 days ago in pattaya (thailand) with a condom.. and I just make 6-7 push and the condom broke.. I am not sure if my penis was exposed because the upper portion of the condom was inside her and she took it out and showed me that I have cummed inside the condom itself.. she showed me the upper part of condom. I have also asked her after the sex if she has HIV and she said no.  I am very confused and afraid now if I can catch HIV. . I am very tensed and continuously searching for solutions in the net. Please someone help me and let me know the chances of hiv or when should I get that tested. Please please  please..

Have heard that rna test is 99.6 % correct. So I believe you should not be worried now.

I have asked for duo test, but that test is not available to my location. Though I have Googled out also for the pcr tests and I have found that this also gives 95% accuracy and most reliable for early detection.

Hi all, I got the test done today.. The test is HIV1 RNA quantitative (real time PCR) , doctor suggested me this as a viral load test. And the result says "target not detected ", its almost 29 days now.

Hi ruby, I went to a clinic today. It is almost 20 days now, the doctor asked me to undergo some tests, which includes cbc c gsr, rft/lft , bld sugar.R , hbsag/hiv, urine -R,widAl and all the reports comes normal so he said there is no need to worry now as your body looks healthy so there is very rare chance that you can have hiv, mostly not. Further since I look still very tensed, so he said if you are still tensed then you can go for one more test, western blot for hiv, hiv Eliza and hiv viral load to assure yourself that you are safe.

Here's the thing, you had a risk. But if was lower level is you retracted once the condom broke. Just take the DUO at 28 days and post your results

Thanks everyone.. I want to add one more point, that lady boy was wearing braces in her teeth, I have heard that AIDS patient generally cannot go for any kind of surgery, I want to check with you all, can AIDS patient wear braces?

I can't answer your question about the risk other than fortunately you realized right away the condom broke and you ejected.
So it's good you limited the duration of possibility.
This is in your favor.
Try not to stress over assumptions being the person you engaged may be negative as they said.

Broken  condom = risk.

Have a 4th generation DUO test at 28 days post exposure. It will be conclusive.
