Risk Assessment of broken condom

I am a male and I had sex with another male. I am performing anal sex and there is a condom breakage when ejaculating. I immediately took my penis out and tried to see the condom tear. There is a condom tear at the tip. I am the top guy. My partner is not a prostitute, he said he got hiv negative when he tested 2 months back and later he didnt have sex with anyone. I dont believe my partner and I am worried about me. What is my risk of getting hiv and when is the quickest time I can test for hiv such that my results are conclusive. I am anxious to know the answer.

I'll look at your second post but there is no need to create two posts for this. A broken condom is a risk but LOW. Read that again, a low risk. Less than 1 percent. Your partner uses condoms and tests. He is doubtful to be HIV+. You need to test at 28 days and beyond to confirm. But expect it to be negative. Keep yourself busy in the meantime as anxiety can make you overthink and asking for constant reassurance will just make your anxiety worse. Test at 28 days with a 4th generation duo test (nothing before then) and EXPECT it to be negative.

Thank you for your response. Could you let me know rhe earliest time I can get tested to recieve a conclusive results.
4th generation test (aka Ag/Ab test or DUO test) - 28 days post-event.
3rd generation test - 90 days post-event.
I came to know that the person whom I had an  encounter with is actually hiv positive and is on treatment for past 8 months and have an inactive viral load. I am so tensed after hearing this shocking news. I am more worried now and I dont know what to do. What are my chances of getting hiv in this case and how quick should I get tested and what test should I take.
You have already been advised when to test. There is nothing more we can tell you.
