Could i stop worrying and thinking about HIV?

Dear experts,
I had a risk of HIV nearly 4 months ago. I got HIV tested Murex Combine Ag/Ab at 72 days( more than 10 months), after that i got Hiv tested Determine 1/2 at 3 months 15 days( 3,5 months) and both of them was negative. My doctor said that, i should take an Hiv test again at 6 months because there is a small number of people having to wait until 6 months to develope enough antibody.Could you please give me an advice?

A DUO test at 28 days is already conclusive according the latest update. So, your 72 days and 3.5 months is more than enough.
Congrats you do not have HIV !!

According to Dr Hands field on the expert forum, it is impossible for a negative 4th Gen test after 8 weeks to turn positive.

A 4th Gen combo is completely conclusive at 8 week's, so your Dr is not keeping up to date with latest guidelines.
A rapid test is conclusive at 12 weeks or 90 day's and yes they are as reliable as lab test's.

I'm just a little worried that hiv determine 1/2 test i got at 3months and 15 days was a rapid test and it wasn't really exactly .My doctor recommended me to test again at 6 months for assurance because a small number of people still have to wait till 6 months to develope enough antibody.  My combo test wasn't enough 12 weeks and she said it couldn't be conclusive.Has anyone ever turned from negative to possitive after 10 weeks hiv test negative before?
