HIV risk-very concerned

I had a drunken moment about 3 weeks ago with an african sex worker with a french accent in the uk and I had protected sex and performed cunnilingus on her and rimming. She wore a condom throughout the sex and when giving me oral. I have had all the std tests that came back negative, but I am having to wait 28 days before i can do a hiv test. The cunnilingus was quite prolonged and i had an open ulcer in my mouth and I am concerned I have contracted hiv. My main concern is my wife who is due in 2 weeks and whether I have infected her and the baby.  We had unprotected anal and normal sex a few days after that, so 2 weeks ago. I have had a sore throat and raised glands as well as feeling unwell over the last few days and now she is complaining of a sore throat, low grade fever and feeling drained. I am scared I have infected her and if I have then maybe the baby too and want to get a result as soon as possible because i belive she can take drugs to protect the baby if she knows.  I cannot tell her as she will just worry maybe unduly and that will not be good for the baby either? I am very scared.  what are teh chances of a transmission from the above experience?

i was at a sex parlour and had protected vaginal sex. i had a 1cm scab/scratch on my back. 1.would it be possible to contract hiv via the bed sheets from people before? also when removing the condom i masturbated. i possibly had a few scratches on my penis. 2.could the possible vaginal fluid from the condom invefect me with hiv? i read that it has to be unprotected sex and IN the vagina. 3.am i right? tank you very much teek.

You never had a risk of contracting HIV from Oral Sex.

Without the lecture, you can have a preliminary HIV DUO test now and again at 28 days. Your  likely negative result will be encouraging. You have had very safe sex and will be fine.
