HIV risk

Hi everyone,
there are lots of young guys playing soccer in the world and they get a lot of scratches and cuts when falling on the field. Maybe, some of the players are HIV positive. Many players wonder if there are any risks of HIV infection cos it has been known that HIV can be transmitted through blood exposure. Please, help us with this question!

No risk,no soccer player has ever contracted HIV from blood to blood contact--the virus is not transmitted that way.If it's never happened in the boxing ring then it would never happen on the soccer field.
