I’m a man and I had one time oral sex with a Thai prostitute without condom in beginning of 2020. After that I had unprotected sex with a girl once or twice in the second half of 2020 but only 1 or 2 mins then I put on condom. In 2021, there is a same situation with another girl. Only 1or 2mins without condom and after 2 mins I put on condom until finished. I used a hiv self test case in beginning of 2023. Negative! Until now I cannot overcome hiv phobia. What should I do.
