HIV scare.

Exactly 7 days ago I had protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral with a couple. (Bi male / female). Both male and female preformed unprotected oral on me.  The very next day I had irritation at the top of my penis that I couldn't get out of my head.  (Day 1).  Day 2 I had the same irritation and a bit of tenderness in my scrotum.  My aniexty levels were through the roof so that night I hit the ER to get tested. This is still only day 2.  My urinalysis test for cly/gohn were negative but since I still had irritation they went ahead and treated me. A shot in the butt and a set of 4 pills to take.  They also sent another set of 4 pills home with me to take the next day. So I awake (Day 3) and take the set of 4 pills with my breakfast and start my day.  Halfway through the day I'm hit with the worst case of fatigue I've ever felt accompanied by a low grade fever and headache.  This continues for the next 3 days all the way until today.  I have a sore throat, tingling sensation in my face, and a slight pain in my chest. Could this be a very early stage HIV or could this be an allergic reaction to antibiotics? I'm assuming the shot was penicillin, the first pills were doxcy, and I believe the next ones started with a t??? Please help me. My aniexty levels are through the roof and I don't know what I might do.

It is definitely not hiv as symptoms do not appear so soon.
The injection should be ceftriaxone. I dont think you are allergic to any antibiotic, allergies are very serious and dangerous.

Nope, nothing you've added changes anything. This is not a risk for HIV and nothing you add will make oral sex a risk.  What you are experiencing is not due to HIV because you had no risk. That's pretty much it.  Accept it or give into anxiety.  You didn't get HIV from oral.

Nothing you are experiencing is related to HIV because you never had a risk from this.  Oral sex is NOT a risk for HIV. The only ways adults get HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing of IV drug needles.  Saliva and air inactivate the virus.  There was no risk for HIV here and therefore, your issues are unrelated to HIV.  No risk.

Well her husband had unprotected vaginal with her and she gave us both unprotected oral. Does this pose a risk?  I'm still experiencing intense fatigue and diahrea.  Loss of appetite.
