please help

I am a gay without doing anal for 2years.Today, I dated a bi and started giving fellatio on him with condom . The condom broke during the fellatio. So I changed another new one on him.And he wanna try anal ending up with one proper penetration. Because he feel its weird inside so he backed down after inserting. The whole anal thing may last 1min with only one time penetration which last maybe only 5 second. After that, I checked the condom and didn't see anything flowing out of the condom. In the end,he masturbate and cummed in the tissue.
My questions are as follows:
1.Did the condom break issue lead me to risk during the fellatio?Because I tasted the precum while I have dry lips and a ulcer in my mouth,I am very worried.
2.I didn't see anything flow out of the condom means the condom is intact? There is no visible breaks on the condom thou. However I am more concerned on this because I didn't use lube and I came through condom-broke for one time.
Thank you very much for your time.

Why do you ask if you're not gonna listen ? You already have our opinion on the situation, and when the other members DON'T say "you have a risk", then I can confidently say they share my opinion.

I already told you you had no risk, so what kind of answer do you expect us to give to your question ????

"Today, I got itchy rash on my arms .Is that related to HIV?"

Do you think ANYONE here will say "yes, that is related to HIV" ????

1- The fellatio was no risk even with dry lips and the ulcer. And even if you hadn't used a condom from the beginning.

2- If the condom had broken, you would have known for sure.

You had no risk from this encounter.
