hiv test result

hi,I made a hiv combo test after 14 months of exposure, the used method vas DCLIA, the result is:
nonreactive(<1s/cov) is this negative? what does this number means?

Your result is negative -- the test is for HIV antigen/antibodies which, if present, would indicate that you had been exposed to HIV.  You didn't have any. The reference range indicates that your results were within the negative range.

thank you for the response, I know nonreactive means negative, what conceens me is this <1 s/cov! everyone on the net has a result for example 0.04 or smth but mine is:
result:nonreactive(<1 s/cov)
reference range:nonreactive,(<1s/cov)
is mine definetly negative or borderline..too scared!!!
