Condom did not cover the whole penis. Risk of HIV infection?

I am a Chinese man, 28 years old. On 30 May, I got a condom-free blowjob (passive) and a condom-protected vaginal sex with a sex worker. The oral sex lasted for about 10 minutes and the vaginal sex lasted for 5-10 minutes. However, when I changed the position, I found that the condom just covered 1/2-2/3 of my penis. In my impression, the condom covered the penis head well, but the root part was not covered. Is it a high-risk behaviour for HIV infection?

Oral is zero risk so a condom is not needed. Only the head needs protection otherwise everyone would get hiv. You had zero risk for the vaginal and the sex worker knows that.
