HIV through alum piece in India

11 days back I went to barber shop in India as I was having a hair cut barber rubbed ALUM piece hard over my pimple really hard after this incidence I freaked out because it was red and dry blood already on it and my mind straight away went towards HIV in these 11 days I experienced strange cough very little and today I very little fever now I am in really tensed that I got infected through  HIV by this that alum piece used with red dry blood is HIV contaminated and it went inside me through my pimple and I am having ARS now please answer me as can this be a cause for HIV infection the piece of alum was used on me after 20 mins and before that I dont have a clue when it was used the alum was not properly washed I guess please answer me..

You cannot become infected with HIV via environmental surfaces or objects, even if they did contain infectious fluids from an infected person.  HIV is a very very fragile virus that just cannot maintain its infectiousness outside of the body.

You were told, your risk never existed. HIV does not transmit through alum exposure at the barber's shop

But I heard if contaminated with water and blood goes inside the blood stream it is possible to catch HIV through this process please answer me as I am really tensed..
