HIV transmission from puncture wound

Hello.  I am in Kenya and would like to know if I should see a doctor after having received a small, shallow puncture wound from a seat spring on a bus.  While I am aware that the odds of HIV transmission in this case are most likely extremely small, I would like to know if I should see a doctor anyway.  My tetanus shots are up to date and I have had a full course of Hep A and Hep B vaccinations.  This is the second time I have had this happen and I am worried since the rate of HIV infection in the general population is high (relative to the States) and these buses see a lot of use, i.e. there is a good chance that others were poked by the same bit of metal even moments before it got me.  Thanks.
