Sharp object puncture

Hi, need expert advice. I am happily married with kids. Yesterday in flight when I sat on my chair I felt something sharp puncture pain. To my shock it was toothpick that punctured my skin and drew blood. Am I at risk of HIV if someone else with possible HIV infection was stuck with same toothpick? The injury I had was like deep needlestick. Crazy and scary experience. Just wanted to know if any testing is required as don't want to put my family at any risk.

Hiv is dead in air so only non sex risk is an injection from a hollow needle. Therefore test would be a waste of time.

So continue unprotected sex with my wife? Just want to double check for my mental sanity.
You didn't have a risk for HIV, so you can do whatever anyone else who doesn't have HIV does.
