What you experienced constitutes penetration and this is why testing is required.Remember that a risk is a risk no matter how small.The fact that this happened 7 years ago means that a test take now will provide you with a conclusive result.All the best.

Look, plainly going by what you've said here - the risk is minuscule. However, testing is warranted.
We all support here on a simple 2 fold theory - Firstly, being practical about the scenarios put together by WWs and second; assessing risks the way they are.
Having said that, we feel it's better to eradicate this speculation though the chances are slim but nevertheless, technically the insertion of penis in to your anus is "A penetration".

Its still a risk and testing is required.As long as the head of his penis was inside your anus then its considered a risk.
