My sympthoms

Dear Doctor,

please help to evaluate my case, since I just realized I must be infected.
The story was that I had a short (1-2 minutes) masturbation, done by a chinese girl in October 2008.
Being convinced, that there was no HIV danger and having no symptoms at that time, I did not perform any test. However almost 1 year ago (after 9 months of possible expo) it started appear some strange things with my body like :
- pain in my hips, stifles, sometimes neck, usually appearing after strong sport activity, long car driving but sometimes also without any reason. It occur one day here and another day there than disappear etc …
- since that time I got very often a sore throat
- I realized, I have lot of white spots on both sides of my inside cheeks and I suppose I did not have it before
- from time to time I have noted night sweats
I do not drink much alcohol, but I realized all pains disappear after having 1 or 2 beers.
I know, I need to make a test but reading the info about symptoms, I am so afraid and already convinced that I must be infected. I think, there is no other chance – do you agree ?
Do you know many cases with such way of transmission ?

I understand what are you telling me, however still have doubts, that if she touched my head of penis and urethra and she had some vaginal fluid on her hands the transmition was possible.
Otherwise how is it possible, that I got so many sympthoms : suppose I have developed peripheral neuropathy after 8 months post exposure and hairy leukoplakia after 12 months lasting till today (20 months post) and also often problems like sore throat and sinus ?
I can’t believe it might be something else, however I am so scared to get tested.
Do you know many cases of transmition similar to described by myself ?

I know the theoretical ways of transmition. My only concern is, that her hands possibly were  not clean - she could still have some her liquids on fingers or so and that was the danger ...

i have given you the FACTS about how hiv is transmitted.  your inability to accept these FACTS is something that i cant control.

you've been told how hiv is transmitted and CLEARLY you did not have any of those exposures.

kindly move on...you do not have a hiv concern.
