I suggest you get tested at 28 days post your exposure with the 4th generation DUO. Most especially since you are now pregnant.
Pre cum itself does not contain sperm, but as the pre-ejaculate leaves the mans body, it may pick up sperm from a previous ejaculation that remains in the urethra. Numerous studies have found small clumps of sperm in the pre-ejaculate fluid of some men. Though only a few hundred sperm were present, they could still pose a risk of pregnancy. It only takes ONE!
