HIV infection from anal fingering

I got fingered by a guy with precum on fingers. From the very next day, I started feeling fatigued,which continued upto 3 weeks,when out of nowhere,I started getting rash. The rash started from two small reddish dots on legs and the next day it came on back chest and shoulder area. It was predominantly on chest and shoulder. It wasn't on palms or hands or face. Then as the rash started,I got fever upto 100F.
Three days later,rash fever and fatigue all went away.
The rash was small reddish dots but were isolated from each other. It wasn't raised in any way and was not confulent and there was no bump., not a single one.
It has been one yearwasted this happened. My weight is same, I am completely healthy. But, the fear remains.
Based on my expoaurs, I know it wasn't a risk. But the rash keeps me wondering if I had somehow contracted the virus. It was very unusual to have sudden rash and I was terrified. I never use to get rash when I get usual viral fever. But this time I did.
My question is what is my chance of getting HIV from that exposure?
The most important question is how closely the rash I had similar to ARS rash? Please help
I am extremely worried and my productive time is wastes thinking about it.

You NEVER had a risk for HIV, ARS or STD's from being fingered. That you have been unable to let this fear go for an entire YEAR makes it extremely clear that you need to get professional help for your OCD.

There are no, negligible, low and high risks for HIV transmission depending on activities.Fingering (with or without presence of bodily fluids) pose a negligible risk. This means that there has NEVER been a reported case of HIV infection in this way.

ARS rash typically involves the ENTIRE body but most pronounced on the trunk and back, sometimes it is itchy but not always and the rash of ARS lasts LESS than a week.

Did you really mean this event happened a YEAR ago and you're still concerned? If that IS the case, I urge you strongly to seek professional help for what I'm guessing your username infers..........OCD.

Yes it happened on june 21st last year. Its june 9 today so almost an year.Mine rash wasnt raised at all but since it came 20 days post that exposure i keep thinking bout it. The petson with whom i had exposure has hsv1 . Cud tat rash b cuz of hsv infection...thnks.

And now cuz of fear i started wondering if he had done penile insertion without me noticing it since i was lying on bed on stomach and it was enjoyable.so i allowed him to fimger. But if he had inserted penis instead i wud have certainly felt it? Plz help me with my paranoia.
