I believe I was exposed to HIV orally

So I got really drunk, smoked a million cigs, and gave oral sex to two guys in one night. I swallowed one, went back to the bar to drink and then met another guy and gave him oral and spit him out. That was on Firday night. I was fine Saturday all day. But I still drank like a fish on saturday too. Basically I was drunk thrus, frid, and sat nights. On Sunday morning I found I could not eat anything (possibly a hangover). I started thinking about those two guys and HIV. Then I was in an airport, flew home. Monday I still couldn't eat alot, but I did not really feel sick just dizzy. Then Tuesday came and I started to get a fever  and the night sweats. I noticed tuesday night I had a couple of holes in one of my tonsils. I went to the doc wed morning. I told her I had sex with a woman unprotected, I am not out. But I did not have anal sex with either guy. She prescribed me acyclovir. That day I felt really tired.  By the way the whole time my throat was feeling fine. It is only thursday and the wholes still look the same and it looks like one is developing on the other tonsil. Plus I think there is hole in the back of my throat. My throat feels fine except for a little cough and flem. There is no blood no white stuff no pain. I am starting to feel better as well.

I guess my question is it has only been 6 days, so I guess this is not acute HIV infection, but could it be? Or is more likely an std, or just the flu?

I know there is low chance of oral sex and hiv transmission, but if it was?

I am scared.

see your doctor if you are having health concerns.  you did not have a risk for hiv and no one here can diagnose you over the internet.

To add to the previous post, when I had my scare (protected vaginal w/ CSW) I had been on a bender. I experienced the same symptoms- cold sweats, no appetite for days after I stopped drinking, throat problems, etc. Basically you probably had alcohol withdrawal, maybe combined with some non-HIV illness due to the weakened immune system

Also, your symptoms don't suggest HIV because 1. They were way too early for HIV  2. They are just too unspecific.

You don't have HIV, you don't need a test.

Your chances of contracting the virus through this exposure is zilch - zero!

Consumption of semen is not the right mechanism of HIV transmission, the saliva in your mouth and the gastric acid in your stomach does inhibit the virus.

Gee! you been blowing too much, carry a lollypop !
