Insertive oral sex (fellatio) - 4th gen test on day 30

A sex worker gave me oral sex for 3, 4 minutes. I didn't notice any blood at all. It wasn't aggressive oral sex at all, she just sucked the head of my penis and sucked my balls. Let's assume she has HiV+ status and is not on treatment, what would be my chance of contracting hiv? We had quite a few symptoms in common. I went and did a 4th generation test(at a medical clinic , they took blood from my vein) at 30 days and the result was non-reactive . Is my test conclusive? Has anyone become positive after the 30 day test?

PS : I had and still have a cold feeling but no swollen tonsils , no fever and no night sweats at all . I have a stuffy nose and cough.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

HIV isn't transmitted oral sex.  You had no risk for HIV.  There is no detail that you could add to this event that would make it a risk for HIV.  Obviously, you do not need to test for this no-risk event. See a doctor for your non-HIV related medical symptoms if they concern you.

Thank you very much for your reply, you are very kind. Do you advise me not to do any hiv test at 6 weeks? I did a 4th generation one 30 days after exposure where blood was taken from my vein and it came out non-reactive .

And one more question I have. What scares me the most is that after 30 days I had all my tests for STDs and they all came back negative. But my penis glans are very red and the skin on the tip of my penis is more creamy. When I am erect I get some red dots. It just doesn't sting when I urinate, I don't get any white or yellow discharge from my penis, it doesn't itch. Everything is normal except it's very red and has red bubbles. The only test I haven't had is for candida balanitis.

That's what scares me the most and that's what makes me think I got hiv.
Please re-read my post.  I already advised you that you don't need to test.

It doesn't matter whether you think you got HIV.  You didn't.  Being scared that you have HIV is also irrelevant. You didn't have a risk for HIV.

No one has EVER gotten HIV from receiving oral sex.  EVER.
