Hi, first I would like to apologize for my bad English. I am a man from Brazil.
On July 8th I had an exposure which consisted of vaginal penetration with an unknown woman (I used a condom) but there was mutual unprotected oral sex, deep cunnilingus and fellatio. (Here in Brazil, doctors say that cunnilingus and fellatio are a risk for HIV). You on the forum say no, what can I trust?
Finally, I took a test that has these words:
Screening immunoassay for HIV 1 and HIV 2 + P24 antibodies and antigens (group M and O) method: Electrochemiluminescence: Non-Reagent. (Done 48 days after exposure)
Which generation is this?
I asked this woman and she also did this same test on the same day I did, with the result: Not Reactive.
Can she be in the window and even negative infect me? How many days do I need to retest? I'm terribly depressed.
I appreciate all the sincere opinions since now.
