Nothing you mention would lead to HIV. HIV is ONLY transmitted form unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus and a condom is a barrier. You won't get HIV from protected sex with an intact condom. As to STD's, protected sex also provides a barrier to those and white tongue, sores in mouth, etc. are not going to result from protected vagina. AND it was your boyfriend. A person you know. Why would you suspect he has hiv/std's?
Your mouth was probably white before too - lots of people are surprised at the color of their tongue and write here thinking that something has happened - if concerned see doc about mouth issues. You can't get paper cuts in your mouth so I'm not sure what you are referring to but it has nothing to do with hiv.
You should get him to test with a duo then you don't have to worry about it other than his 4 week window period in case he had sex during the last 4 weeks. If he won't test then consider ditching him. However if he tests negative but you don't totally trust him afterwards, then continue to use the condom for protection.
