I had gone to HIV test duo 4 th generation test results showing non reactive (0.08) on 19th day after exposure its negative report but my question is why its showing 0.08? I’m worried is HIV is growing inside my body or is it conclusive?

and what about 0.08 ?
do not worry about it. retest in the proper timeframe you were told, and only worry about the positive or negative result. you shouldn't worry about studying numbers.
