hi doctor, i need help, i had unprotected vaginal exposure and had a two week hiv antibody test, what are my chances oa getting infected
a chance is a chance...choosing to have UNPROTECTED sex with someone who's status you don't know, is never a good choice.
2 week test = useless
a duo test at 4 weeks or an antibody test at 6 weeks will give you a very good indication of your status. both need to be followed up at 3 months for that conclusive result.
