Hiv Test After +/- 6 weeks (42 days)

Hello my possible exposer occured +/- 42 days ago, 2-3 days ago I started to fell a bit dizziness/brain fog, some nausea, mild sore throath, some stings in my necks/face muscle  and under my chin, I was able to fell what I think is a swolen lymph node in my neck and some cold sweats I got scared that it might be ARS so I decided to take test.

The test name : Anti-HIV 1+2 | ECLIA 4th Generation | Antigen and Antibody at the 42 days mark.

The test came back negative.. the question is : can I go back to my life whitout worrying about HIV anymore?

Sory for my broken english....

The 42 day test is a good indication, follow up with an 8 week test.
Symptoms are not of HIV.
