HIV/STD, Test? or Anxiety

The other night on saturday I had sex, drunk sex, with a transsexual prostitute.  I am not happy about this and pretty annoyed at myself since last year I did something similar and freaked out because of my risk.  I received protected oral and was the insertive partner for anal, protected.  I remember the condom being put on and having it on during sex but at one point we stopped and she took it off me, i was unable to inspect the condom and constantly find myself thinking it was broken/not intact.  She proceeded to give me a handjob and licked a couple times on my testicles, she also rubbed our penises together for a small amount of time.  Then i put another condom back on and continued to be preform protected anal on her.  I took that condom off so i knew it was intact and then finished on her back.  Afterwards i was in the shower and saw a small amount of blood on a towel that wasn't mind and it had my mind going crazy with "what ifs".  I'm scared the 1st condom was broken or wasn't intact, but would i know if it broke? What if that was her blood from earlier and I had sex with her? Am i at any risk? I am in a relationship where we don't use a condom, should i refrain from sex? Should i get an RNA test done?  My doctor has been telling me to relax and there is no risk and to not over think it, but i feel my anxiety is getting the best of me from guilt, having sex with a transsexual, etc? I feel like i am convinced i have HIV but everyone ive talked to is telling me to just put this past me and that it doesn't even warrant testing.  Please if anyone has any insight or a similar issue let me know?

Okay thank you so much, really helps my anxiety..., I've done research on RNA and it seems like there is a lot of back and forth on the test, is this test worth taking? Accuracy? I was told it was 95-99% after 9-11 days, but there is just so much testing on this stuff it's highly confusing

I feel totally confident in the advice you've been given and think you should put this behind you.

But, as I said before, if your anxiety is not going to allow you to let it go, discuss your testing options at an HIV clinic.

I wish you the best

Should I take an RNA test at 9 days? I screwed up I know that and I want to go back to my normal ways.  I usually have unprotected sex with my gf and I'm scared to go near her now for fear of transmission. I'm panicking over this whole situation and learned my lesson, obvi I can't handle these type of late night escapades and have talked to 4 different people, doctors and professionals, and they have told me to just put it behind me and countinue with my current sex life. Do you think this is okay?

You had PROTECTED sex, therefore you had NO RISK and do NOT need to test.

You would absolutely know if the condom had broken, even if you did not actually see it..........you would have FELT it break.

As for the small amount of blood you saw on the towel, often during anal sex, small blood vessels can break which would leave some residue on the condom, which could have touched other parts of your body during withdrawal and then been transferred to the towel.

Listen to your doctor. If he thought you had ANY risk, he would have recommended getting tested.

If you cannot let the anxiety go, test at 28 days post this encounter with a 4th generation DUO and follow your doctors, or the clinics, guidelines for any confirmatory testing.
