I met with a guy, we agreed to so only oral but we carried away and he started to enter with the tip of his Penis for anal. I stopped him after like 10 seconds and then after like 2 minutes he did it again, enter with the tip only, not deep, but this time for like 15-20 seconds and little more deeper than first time

Only you can determine if he penetrated. Rubbing is not a risk because hiv is effectively instantly dead in air. If he penetrated you can take a conclusive duo after 4 weeks or any test will be conclusive after 12 weeks.

He did but only the tip and for like 10 seconds. I haven't seen any precum or so during the whole time.... Any risk from these 10 seconds that were not that deep?
