Is Proctitis a sign of HIV?

I began to experience this around the beginning of November and it’s been happening ever since. I’ve gotten an HIV test back in November and did a take home test this month and both came out negative.  I’ve read that many people experience HIV differently but I just want to know is proctitis a symptom of HIV at all?

This was the previous advice and it can't change. "It is abnormal to test repeatedly, so take one at the proper time then move on if negative. "
Proctitis is not an hiv test so you need to focus on the only diagnostic available which is a test, instead of wasting your time wondering if you have a scientific theory that needs exploring.
