Hiv oral

I had a deepthroat a half year ago from a girl who works with me in my car it was just a deepthroat and kissing, I havent touched her 40 days after that i got tested with a hiv 1/2 ab/ag test which was negative But 2 weeks ago someone told me she is a escort after her work but she doesnt work here anymore. I asked her and she said she is tested and does not have a std. Is my 40 day test conclusive and should i just let it be? Because im so stressed it affects my life and its in my head 24/7 . My doctor told me i should chill out and that im a little bit hypochondric, im scared of hiv ever since i was 15 even before i had sex just because all the hiv prevention readings at school from infected people. Im really scared to start a relationship and i dont trust people i always think they will infect me and im getting sick of all the bad thoughts and pressure on my body. Should i search help for all te bad thoughts? And is the 40 day test conclusive?

Thanks

I'm going. Through the same thing now.  Due to my anxiety I've tested twice neg but still need to get to 3 mos.  (currently @ 9 weeks) from my hrs on the internet and opinion of two drs the chance of transmission is very low almost non existent.

Just get tested if it gives you piece of mind anxiety is horrible.

But 40 days and a duo test should be conclusive i hope. I had the same thing 2 years ago and i waited a year for a test and after all it was all negative and now again all negative so i think i should give it a rest

Why would you have symptoms when you never had an exposure?
