Hiv transmission from vaginal secretion

I recently had a one night stand 18 nights ago with 20 year old stripper.

I used a condom, but prior to intercourse, she briefly rubbed the tip of my penis twice against the mouth of her
vagina.
I already have urethititis, that has been confirmed.

But so far no HIV symptoms. I'm very scared, because she had very risky sexual habits. Luckily I didn't give her or receive oral.  But I know that HIV can be transfered through the tip of penis through vaginal fluids.
Or is the virus dead on air contact because it was secretion on the mouth of her vagina?
And furthermore, I didn't know her permiscous history until afterwards.
I'm now getting a rapid HIV test, but those aren't very effective I understand

NO peneration means zero risk.You have nothing to worry about from what you described.Nothing you engaged in placed you at risk of hiv infection.Hiv becomes inactive as soon as it is exposed to air and therefore is unable to infect.All the best.
