How soon would I have symptoms

I had unprotected sex with someone 2 1/2 weeks, almost 3 weeks ago.  I noticed a "different" smell immediately and have had some discharge with an abnormal odor. I then 3 days ago had unprotected sex with my boyfriend.  The next day he noticed burning in his penus and a stomach ache.  I also noticed a thick green odd smelling disharge. Now today I am noticing a red pimple looking bump on my arm and a small cold sore looking thing in my cheek.  I've had dry/cotton mouth for a few weeks and am extremely worried this could be HIV.  I was tested yesterday for std's and am waiting results. My dr. noticed some small lesions inside my vulva that I hadn't noticed.  They didn't hurt and I couldn't even feel it when she was culturing them. Could these be signs of other std's?  I obviously have one but am trying to narrow out HIV. I am very frightened.  (no lectures please on safe sex, I know the mistake I made and am paying dearly for it now.)

Thank you very much!  I've been researching like crazy on the internet and one site says you can get early signs of HIV 2 - 4 weeks after exposure.  So, that is why I am so incredibly worried.  You have helped eliviate my worries. Thank you.  I will never have unprotected sex again. I'm 44 years old and it was the only time.  I've only had 1 sex partner my entire life and after our break up I just wasn't in the right state of mind and made a really bad choice.  I hope and pray you are right in your advise. I get results tomorrow. Thank you again.

Symptoms with HIV never come on that quick. You also need to test for HIV. 3 months post exposure test will be conclusive. Sex last for minutes but HIV lasts a life time. Latex condoms protect against the transmission of HIV and most STDs. Use them it's that simple.
