Syphilis RPR and HIV Fourth Generation test

Tested negative for both at 50 days (7weeks) post exposure but I am still worried. I feel symptoms. Should I test again? What is the likelihood of negative tests turning positive?

In checking out a previous post of yours, I see your risk was hand job, protected anal and unprotected oral sex 11 weeks back. NONE of these are risks for HIV. HIV is only transmitted by unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles to inject drugs.  You did not need to test. But you did anyway. And the result is as expected, negative. You do not have HIV.
