Will HIV test detect AIDS?

During the period of 2011 until 2016 I have been sexually active but I didn't take STDs test. From 2016 on I always take STDs test after any possible exposure and it has always been negative. Would there be any chance that I might have AIDS but it doesn't show in HIV test?

No.  Once you have HIV, you will ALWAYS test positive for HIV.  I have reviewed your history here, and it does not even seem that you have had any recent risks for HIV.  Your encounters have been no-risk events.
