hi its 10 weeks now and i have done 3 tests
2 times antibodies test for hiv 1 & 2 and P24 antigen combo- NEGATIVE.(1st time after 1 week and 2nd time after 4 weeks nd 3 days).
and HIV DNA PCR- NOT DETECTED (After 5 weeks).
the doc of a world class hospital told me that dna pcr result is conclusive for me and now i don't need for any other tests.
are these results conclusive enough??

If it was only 2 days ago it's to early to test and you are wasting your time. You need to wait at least 28 days for a good indication of your status.

As you were told, HIV Duo test done after 4 weeks of exposure, is highly reassuring, however not conclusive, therefore you have to go for an antibody test after 3 months of the exposure to get a final and conclusive report.

Condoms provide 100% protection against HIV, however this protection remains valid until they do not break, once they do, the sex becomes as unsafe as it would have been without them.

Because you are in such a panic go and have an HIV DUO test at 28 days and then follow up with an antibody test at 3 months, use protection with your wife until you receive a conclusive negative result and see a psychologist if you require help with guilt and anxiety--all the best.

You have had a condom break and so you should get tested.

Test at 6 weeks using the simple antibody test  and follow it up at 12 weeks for a conclusive result.

Until you get a  conclusive negative result dont have unprotected sex with your wife.

USE CONDOMS for penetrative sex and you will remain hiv negative!!!!

Good luck!!!!
