No, you can not eat HIV. You won't get HIV from a hamburger or any food. Or any inanimate object. HIV is inactivated by exposure to air and saliva. The ONLY ways you get HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex (with no condom) or share IV drug needles to inject them. That's it. Why would a hamburger be hiv positive anyway? Ya know? I'm wondering if you have anxiety about many things.
