everyone,im the chinese guy who worked at Caracas, Venezuela in a chinese international corp. i studied in spain and stayed one year in Miami. Now i wanna say my doubts.
i arrived in Caracas in 8.1 of 2013, when i was in China,i had several times of unprotected sex with chinese girls( no prostitute) and i had nothing uncomfortable without fever and rash or sth else. when stayed in Venezuela, i searched in the website about hiv for curiosity. oh my god！！i fell into the great anxiety!!! u konw, in China, the goverment made few propanganda for this disease because it means that u are a uethical man when infected. so finnaly i decided to make a test. i will explain my situation as clearly as possible! i have no drug, no operation, no organ transplanation and im a normal guy until today when i have been 23 years old. The last unprotected sex occured in 7.4 of 2013. and the total number of my unprotected sex is just 4 times! ok i will turn to the point.
In 12.11 of 2013, five months later, the first test hiv 1-2 in private clinic in Caracas, it turns out NO REACTIVO(negative) (Clinica Avila)
In 12.31 of 2013, the second time hiv 1-2 in another private clinic in Caracas, it turns out negative. （Clinica Santa Sofia）
In 1.5 of 2014, the third time of hiv rapid test in HCC(hospital de clinica caracas) they say the best, it turns out negative. （Hospital de Clinica Caracas）
The tree clinics are private and the prices are expensive.
During this time, i also made test about hepatitis B and C and sifilis, all the results were NEGATIVE!!
However, what makes me confused are the words of bioanalyst, they said to me u needed make a repeated test in three months after! And u konw, the tree clinics the i choosed are the best ones, the bionanlyst said to me they used Elisa of ultimate generation and imported from USA, although im a chinese guy, i prefer the products of USA. I think the venezuela bionanlyst is too conservative! I have been searching a lot of informations about the windows period in the website. In CHINA, the CDC says 3 months, in EU, like French, UK and Spain, they say 6-8weeks because they used the fourth generation. In Venezuela, they say that the ultimate generation of Elisa is adopted, but i dont believe in, i think the third generation will be.So will the profesional volunteer o medic will help me to solve the problem? the results are reliable? Can i leave away from the anxiety? and what is the accurate windows period? After this experience, i learned a lot and i wanna become a volunteer for helping the people which are fear of AIDS in China. u konw, in China, many young and educated people like me usually find supportive information in Medhelp! Hello. u have a great reputaion in CHINA!! it's a great honor for me to talk with u. Teak, would u mind explain to me about the length of the period time? Because, in China, too many experts( u konw what i mean the expert ironically) they extend the length of windows period to seix months This really made those guys confused.so for the Elisa of third generation and fourth generation, what's the windows period exactlly? and the length of windows period has an relationship with the products? u konw, in China, all the Elisa will adopt the national productos( made in china)Is there possiblity of false negative after the windows period?
