Dental Extraction/Spit/HIV

Hello,

I am a little paranoid. I had my last reliable hiv test in June and everything was fine -. My only exposure is the one explained in my previous post " Oral sex and Mutual Masturbation" where I have been told no risk.

I got dental extractions done and there is blood involved and I notixed that I spit a little blood/saliva while talking (everything was numb) could that be a hazard for my relative who picked me up because I talked to him right after the procedure?
