hiv risk from fingering

Hi , I am 34 years old and recently fingered a sex worker from Trinidad , Caribbean. Next morning I saw that some skin on one  finger were peeled back , not bleeding, but you could see the see has been torn . I squeezed the wound to see if it would bleed but some clear water came out. I contacted my doctor 5 hours after for PEP but he said not necessary .I did an HIV rapid test 30 days after and was negative . How reliable is this ? Still on anti depressants . Still freaking out . Please help me .

You had no risk, no need for testing.
