Im worried i might have aids help

I had, in the beginning, protected sex wit my current girl friend, but than did it a few times unprotected. She said she has been with 3 other guys including me with out condoms and said she was certain that she did not have anything. After two months now i am starting to feel symptoms of HIV (due to research online), on and off headaches, enlarged lymph node on my neck only the left side maybe the right, confusion, lightheadedness, little bit of nausea, diarrhea that has been lasting for almost a week, and also tiredness. I am extremely worried which i think is making me have anxiety. I'm going to get tested once i turn 18 so i can go by myself. Is there a high possibility that i have HIV? Its been almost three months now since the last encounter without protection with her. should i be tested soon or wait a little longer to be tested due to a open window? Is it possible i am over reacting and causing myself to think to much about it which is giving me the symptoms? please i need some help. thank you :')
