question on rapid test

I've been reading about this fingerprick rapid test.  Is there anyone who can explain this a little bit more?

Does this mean that you can basically get results on the spot without having to wait several days for the lab?

What is the accuracy of the test, assuming you were concerned about stuff dating back a long time (i.e. years not weeks)?

Is this generally available at the local county health clinic?

Thank you

If it's a Rapid test yes. Yes most clinics have Rapid Tests. You might call them first and ask before you go.
