Improper condom removal could = hiv?

If the condom is removed by rolling it down instead of pulling it off could you get hiv?

I had protected sex and removed the condom by rolling it off of my penis.

They say the proper way to remove a condom is by pulling it off...if one was to roll it off(how you put it on, except the opposite) could you catch hiv? Ex. maybe some outer part of condom touched the tip of penis?
