Is PRECUM as infectious? (((HELP))

Is precum as infectious as ejaculate? What are the odds if the subject is undetectable? Does anyone have any estimates or information on this matter?

Your 5 weeks test is reassuring. Fouth generation Duo tests detects p24 after 4 weeks of exposure, but still we need to have a test repeated at 3 months mark to get a conclusive statement of your status.

Yes your 3 months test will be final.

Its been confirmed that he is indeed positive.....He is not a huge precumer tho. But I'm still upset. I had a standard hiv lab blood test 5 weeks and 1 day after this took place. The result was negative. All I've experienced have been joint and muscle aching for over 5 weeks. I've been afraid to get my follow up test. I'm now at 8 weeks post exposure will lingering symptoms.

Next month will mark three months. After that test can I be sure I'm FINE :( thanks so much for your time sir.

Since your protection failed during penetration, the risk is there. However the risk may not be high because probability of your partner being +ve is very low,

Would suggest you to get yourself tested at 6-7 weeks to have a fairly good idea about your status, and repeat the test after another 5-6 weeks to ge a conclusive report.

I was a bottom and they had just put a fresh condom on. He had trouble penetrating, finally got only the head in then it popped almost instantly and he pulled out. I'm scared, what if the pop ejected any trace precum contents within condom. SIGH.....

Yes ! Precum is infectious, but only if an unprotected penetration is involved. What was your exposure?
