Is my 9week test conclusive ?does No news from doctor=good news

Hey all. So I got a 9 week test past the encounter I was worried about and so it's about 6 weeks past all my encounters and the nurse said if there was something wrong I will be contacted. I haven't received any call and some part of me is thinking maybe they forgot to call. I live in Canada so I'm sure the test was either 3 or 4 gen. I also had symptoms so I'm guessing if symptoms were present then a 6-9 week test would have caught the virus. The nurse also told me my test will be conclusive regardless of the 3-6 month window period I see online. I'm just wondering should I be comforted with this negative result because there was no call back or follow up or should I go back and test again. It would be conclusive by the 3 month mark by now but idk if I want to go through that whole anxiety process of waiting 2 weeks for a phonecall that may never come. Please reply someone. Thank you
And my risk was protected sex (front check for broken condom) and unprotected oral and an earlier broken condom back in December (about 6 months ago)

If it is 3 gen then it is a 3 month window, but it must be 4th gen which has only a 1 month window based on the nurse's comments. No one can guess if she forgot to call you back so it is up to you to make sure of the result and to make sure it was 4th gen.
