Could I have infected my wife?

Hi all, and thank you in advance.

About 2.5 months ago, I got fingered by a ts (FTM) sex worker.
I got tested four weeks after, with a negative result. I did not get tested since.
About a month ago, I got oral sex from a woman (white, mid 30's, that has a large number of random sex with others).

3 weeks ago, I had unprotected sex with my wife.
Today, she was diagnosed with severe throat infection, bronchitis, and asthma.

As it is 3 weeks, could this be ARS?
Could I have infected my wife?
Do I need to be tested?

Thank you.

You never had a risk so this isn't an HIV concern nor are your symptoms.

Thank you Kumar.
Any idea how can someone catch all three of the symptoms together?
Also, is any of the symptoms in any way related to HIV?
