I am sure I have all thr symptoms but the doctor said the result is unequivocal.

You never had an exposure.
HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
I gave oral sex to a female then had protected sex (I am a male despite the error on my profile).
If you had unprotected anal or vaginal sex you can obtain your conclusive test result 3 months post exposure.
