Is this Acute HIV?

I had unprotected sex with a guy 12 days ago with someone who swears they do not have HIV. When I asked him how many guys he slept with since he was last tested he said 2 but it was with a condom. And I even told him about the window period but he said he was sure. Starting last night, I have had these brief but intense periods of nausea and I got it 5 or 6 times ever since. This morning it got so bad that I felt it coming up once but then it stopped. And then I felt it again. But then ever since I got diarrhea the nausea went away. But also ever since this morning I have had a loss of appetite and I just do not feel good when I stand up. I do not feel tired but I just feel lazy. I did happen to have fried food though 2 days ago so it is possible the diarrhea could have been caused by that but I don't know. Is this person lying? I know something is not right and I really hope it is not Acute HIV.

Update: I did have diarrhea again tonight but other than a loss of appetite I feel completely fine. Haven't eaten anything all day after I throw up and not even hungry at all.

When I looked up the symptoms on google it said vomiting and nausea and loss of appetite were a part of acute HIV. If you type in Acute HIV and one of those things then it says it is a part of it. Are those websites inaccurate then?

Update: I did throw up about a half an hour ago. This is the second time I have thrown up since I was a little kid so I don't know if this is a coincidence. I was feeling fine until I got up out of bed to go for a walk and 2 minutes into my walk I vomited.

No relation to HIV. Take a DUO test at 28 days and USE CONDOMS.

My stomach gets upset whenever I have fried food I forgot to mention that. But it never gets me sick to this extent.
