Testing?

Hello,

question is this...I used to work in a bar, every night have to clean up bathrooms, etc...so a few nights, was in a huge rush, running around doing things, and had to clean the toilets really quick with just rag and chemicals, no gloves (idiotic, I know). I cleaned them really quick, no HUGE visible cuts, etc. on hands, and no huge blood spills, anything like that. Additionally, I ended up finding out there was a lot of drug use going on in the bathrooms, and I always took out the garbage, stuff like that (worried about a needle stick or something as I was always in a big rush).

The timeline is this...I stopped working there sometime in early/mid May, and just happened to have a routine, regular checkup test august 9th which was hiv neg...my question is...is this a real risk for hiv (the no-gloves at the bathroom, dealing with garbage in a bathroom with potential drug users?), and if so, is that time frame conclusive for me and my test results (I guess it would be somewhere around 90 days Should I go retest again? Thanks for advice.

No, you don't need to retest. Besides not have a risk, you have a conclusive negative result.
