The risks for HIV are as follows: To have unprotected vaginal sex (penetration with no condom), unprotected anal sex (penetration with no condom) or to share IV needles to inject drugs. These are the only risks. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. No one gets HIV from kissing a neck. No one gets HIV from watching someone masturbate. No one gets HIV from masturbating themselves. No one gets HIV from touching a blanket or comforter that someone who masturbated touched. No one gets HIV from having someone who masturbated touches your body. A hangnail is MEANINGLESS to getting HIV. I'm guessing this isn't your first time having a freak out over hiv fears and recommend you speak to your doctor about anxiety.

And read the above 2 or 3 times. This will prevent you from then asking 'should I test' or if you need pep. You had ZERO risk
